ReplyDeleteYou have to add an item first, then the cups will show up. I just tried it again and it worked. So try adding an item to your cart and see if they show up.

ReplyDeleteI purchased the gift wrap and got the free meas cups. I got my confirmation email. Now today I got an email saying they Messed up and that the free meas. cups were only to be with a certain cookbook. They say my order is on hold???? Anyone else have this happen??
ReplyDeleteYep. I got the same email just now. Sometimes it happens with deals like this. :( Kind of annoying that they let so many deals go through THEN they decide it was a mistake. Good Customer service would be to own the mistake and fill the orders. It was worth a shot, sorry it didn't work out.
