Halloween Treats

These great ideas come from my friend Melissa. She made a SUPER CUTE Halloween dinner last year for her family and I just HAD to share it. You could use some of these for theme Birthday parties, or Harry Potter parties:Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes. She made the meatloaf, then traced her hand and spread the mashed potatoes around the cut out of her hand then baked it.
Bloody Eyeballs! Salsa with cream cheese balls and sliced olives
And for dessert:
Brain Cupcakes! She tinted the frosting a "brain color" then piped on the squiggly brain design.

I fell in love with these cupcakes! So simple, but so stinking cute!
