Foreclosure, there is a way out.....Know Your Options

Some of my friends and family members have recently told me they are facing Foreclosure.  That was heart breaking for me to hear.  I know that foreclosures are happening all over the country, but when it happens to someone you know and care about, it really brings it home.

Before 2008 everyone was buying houses like crazy.  The housing bubble popped and the homeowners instantly had a house that is worth less they what they paid for it a short time ago.  Many people are struggling to keep up with mortgage payments and day to day expenses.  The bad news is it doesn't look like it's going to get any better any time soon.

The website KnowYourOptions.com is a great resource.  The information is FREE and there is NOTHING TO SIGN UP FOR, it's completely anonymous to search through the info. The site is very easy to navigate.  Everything is easy to read and easy to find.  There are tabs at the top labeled:

I was ecstatic to review this site and learn some more info about the foreclosure process and get some ideas to help my friends and family members that are struggling on what to do with a foreclosure.  This info will be helpful to the people in my life that are facing a tough decision on what to do.  Take a minute to look over this website, share this info with the people you care about that are in the same situation.  Any type of info can help them make the best decision for themselves.
