DIY Thrifty Thursday #5

It's back!!!!  DIY Thrifty Thursday! I'm so excited!!!!

The featured project this week is a homemade upside down tomato planter from ilovemy5kids
I love this project because it re uses recyclable materials to make something practical.  I'm not holding it against her that there are Palm Trees in the reflection or the fact that she is already planing tomatoes and I can't plant them here in UT until after Mother's day. :)  HA HA  She's got some other great projects on her blog, go check them out too.

Link up your craftiness! Here are a few rules...
  1. Be a follower of the hostess (that's me! :)  Thrifty101
  2. PLEASE HELP PROMOTE DIY THRIFTY THURSDAY  The more people we have participating, the funner it is, and the more likely we can continue our party all year long! :) Grab a button from the button tab up top, blog about it, tell friends, smoke get the idea. ;)
  3. Link up ANY DIY projects.  Show off your craftiness, cooking, remodel, organizing....anything
  4. Visit a few other sites and share the love, leave some comments, make someones day
Thanks for visiting! "Take your shoes off, stay awhile!" :)
Also, come back every Saturday in March for a "Home Page" Mingle Party! :)

  1. Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my Dr. Seuss treats! Off to check out the rest of your blog!

  2. Thanks for the feature!

It is funny you mentioned the palms, I didn't even notice them. Living in the tropics does have it's advantages. ;)
