GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED. WINNERS ARE BEING TALLIED NOW.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
One of the benifits of being a blogger is that you get to try out new products.
- Make a very messy meal in a glass pan,
- Don't rinse out the casserole dish,
- Leave it out for 24 hours
- Put it in the dishwasher with a Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPac.
- Blog about my results.
So I made Lasagna.
And left the dish out for 24 hours. (Which proved VERY hard to do. It was quite disgusting to see that dirty pan sitting there all day!)
And here is the after:
It looks brand new! I was seriously scared it wouldn't work and I would have to write up a bad review. I guess Cascade really believes in their product! And rightfully so, I was really impressed that it came out so clean and I didn't have to pre-rinse it at all. I also noticed that the glassware I had in that same load came out completely clear with no water spots at all.
You can purchase your own trial packages that includes 3 Action-Pacs at Walmart for $1. Try the Cascade Complete ActionPac challenge for yourself! (it was kind of a fun experiment.) :)
Now for the giveaway part....
I have 5 trial packs of Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs for my readers to try this same challenge at home! And one ultra-lucky winner will receive a $15 Walmart gift card! That's 6 winners! To enter:
- Leave a comment below about what meal you would most like to try your Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs on.
- Follow Thrifty 101
- Follow on Facebook
- Follow on Twitter
- Post a button or link back to Thrifty 101 (or DIY Thrifty Thursday button) on your blog
- Bonus Entries: If you have any "special entry" words, don't forget to leave a message for that too. ;)
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
I'll post the winners Monday at 7:00 pm MST.
Special thanks to P&G for providing the Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs kit, the 5 trial packs of Cascade Complete All-in-1 Action Pacs, and the $15 Walmart gift card to give away through MyBlogSpark.
Now for the legal stuff:
This product review was based on using complimentary Cascade product provided by P&G. I also received a Walmart® gift card to share with my readers. ReplyDeleteI would love to try this product on the dish from my mother-in-law's lasagna. It is hard to clean up after!
ReplyDeleteAlso, an underwater hotel sounds AWESOME
ReplyDeleteI follow you on twitter!!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! I don't have a specific dish/meal in mind but I do know what I would want to try it on! I definitely have NOT mastered using as few pots/pans as possible when cooking. To make an average dinner I use around 4. I know! Ridiculous. What's even worse is washing alllll those pots and pans on a nightly basis! If I could get away without having to prerinse and scrub them I would be very happy indeed!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to try it out on scalloped potatoes.

ReplyDeleteI have to say...I'm a bit claustrophobic, and I cannot snorkel or scuba (I tried..It wasn't pretty). I'm not sure if the idea of an underwater hotel room is awesome or frightening. I think I lean more toward liking it though. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI'd try this on my meatloaf pan!
