Disaster Ready Info

Money Magazine created a list of finance documents you should have in your disaster plan. Some of these you might need access to so storing them in a safe at your house, or a safety deposit box is the best place. Having copies of everything in another location is also a good idea.

• Driver's license and/or passport
  
• Social Security Card
• Health insurance card
• Insurance policies
  
• Mortgage and other loan papers
• Property deeds
• Car Title and Registration
• Marriage License
• Birth Certificates
  
• Your will
• Last years tax return
• Bank and Brokerage account numbers
