When I can't get to the gym (or just don't want to go to the gym) I alternate between Jillian's 30 Day Shred and her Ripped in 30. That girl kicks my butt!
ReplyDeleteI have never before yelled at an exercise video until this one. (In the second level near the end Jillian says, "back to plank position," and I yelled out "Again?!") She kicks my butt for sure. It's so worth it at that price. I spent $10 on mine and feel it was worth every penny. Good luck with it!
